Create your own private social network using WordPress as a base.

  It is a collection of plug-ins for Wordpress that allow communication between registered users (instant messaging, sending messages, group and profile creation,...), these make certain modifications to the basic installation of Wordpress MU, allowing us to choose between various options when we create our own private social network.

  The main components of BuddyPress are:

  - Extended Profiles, that will allow you to create fields to identify the users of the social network.
- Messaging, the users will be able to communicate via the TinyMCE editor and also using a messaging system with inbox, outbox, and bin.
- Friends System, that will allow the users to maintain contact among themselves.
- Groups, thanks to this people with the same tastes with be able to contact each other.

  Requirements: It is necessary to have WordPress MU 2.8.4 or later installed to be able to use BuddyPress. It also requires a ZIP file compatible compressor.
